18 years living in in Africa has given a unique, multicultural dimension to my understanding of people and their interactions. In this country, I pioneered the development of an in-home family counseling program and have presented workshops on personality and personal growth across the country. I have had a private practice for the last 12 years.

Education is more than a cornerstone of my philosophy of counseling. I continually search for and attend the best and most up-to-date workshops on mental health and interpersonal behavior to better serve my clients.

I enjoy fostering my clients' ability to free themselves from situations, beliefs or behaviors that cause them distress and assisting the development of full and spiritually satisfying lives.. My rich life experience and professional expertise add insight to a compassionate direct style of counseling.
